Our Patients Speak...

Karen Strohecker is from Chalfont, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2002

I originally came to Dr. Fish for treatment for pain which was in my lower spine. The pain was so bad that it even radiated into my groin area and caused me frequent episodes of muscle weakness which would cause me to lose my balance.

Along with all of that, I had tingling in the fingers of both hands! Before seeking the chiropractic care of Dr. Fish, I tried several approaches including exercise on weight machines and aerobic equipment. This helped somewhat but it was only temporary. After I realized I needed some help, I was referred in to see Dr. Fish by my mother-in-law who has been a patient there for quite some time.

To help my condition, Dr. Fish used muscle stimulation and moist heat to help relax my spine. He then performed gentle adjustments to the affected spinal areas. Some of my hobbies are reading, creative writing, traveling with my husband on his motorcycle, enjoying my home and loving my family. My back pain and finger tingling was taking away from these experiences before I came to see the chiropractor. I can now say that all pain, loss of balance, and tingling of my fingers is completely gone!! Chiropractic is a long lasting correction and I will keep up with monthly maintenance chiropractic care. Chiropractic restored my life to normalcy and allowed me to function optimally at my job as a Nurse Practitioner caring for ill infants. It may be of a similar help for other clients…And Dr. Fish is gentle and always has an encouraging kind word when you see him!

Joe Byers is from Conshohocken, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2002

On August 25, 2002 I was severely injured in an auto accident. My car was rear-ended and caused a pinchd nerve to radiate pain down my left leg. My lower back and my L5 disc was injured so I decided to go see Dr. Fish. I had not sought any medical attention before getting straight to the chiropractor. I was referred in by a good friend of mine who told me Dr. Fish would take care of me. Dr. Fish provided me with continuous muscle therapy by using a high-tech electric muscle stimulation and deep heat which helped reduce the muscle tension to the low back and L5 area. After my muscles were relaxed enough, I got periodic adjustments (about twice a week at first then less frequently when the adjustments started holding better). I enjoy running, weight lifting, and golfing. Try doing that with a bad back! Since seeing Dr. Fish I have noticed major improvements and reductions in pain. With continued follow-ups I am expecting long-lasting correction and pain relief. I would tell anyone who is starting chiropractic care, or thinking about starting, that you should continue regular treatments at Genesis and don't get discouraged. It's a long process sometimes to recovery (especially if you've been in a serious car accident). Through regular chiropractic adjustments, the pain will eventually subside.

Sara Gift is from Warrington, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2000:

I came to Dr. Fish for treatment of my chronic low back pain. I also had some neck cramping and tightness. This was brought on from my career as a Nurse's Aide and now a Registered Nurse. For the past nine years I have been doing this job and I am often lifting and transferring heavy patients. Before coming to Genesis Chiropractic, I tried a variety of approaches such as massage, heat, taking time to rest, a back brace, and Ibuprofen. These helped to some degree but never fixed the cause of my back pain or neck stiffness permanently. I decided to try for myself the chiropractic approach after Dr. Fish explained to me exactly what chiropractic is and how chiropractic works. Dr. Fish assessed my current back pain, measured it (x-rays and a computerized back scanner), developed a plan to correct it, and implemented the plan through biweekly office visits. Working as a nurse it is very important to have my body pain-free so that I can help others. But in my daily life I also enjoy reading, walking, camping, and hiking - all of which are more enjoyable being pain free. At this point, I no longer have chronic back pain. I never thought I could wake up in the morning pain free. I occasionally have flare-ups after a heavy workload and come in for a "tune-up" to feel better. I think chiropractic is a long-lasting correction maintained with periodic adjustments. Being a medical professional I was very skeptical of chiropractic care. I was giving chiropractic care a chance as a last resort. It should have been the first resort. Thank you Dr. Fish for spending the time to explain chiropractic and answer my questions!

Marsha Tabb. is from Doylestown, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2001

I originally came to see Dr. Fish for treatment of my upper back pain and stiffness and muscle tightness. This was all due to a pinched nerve in my upper back. Before I came to Genesis Chiropractic Clinic, I tried physical therapy - but with limited results. Then, one of my friends referred me to Dr. Fish. He adjusted my upper spine and neck which caused the muscle soreness and pinched nerves to go away. Two of my favorite hobbies are playing racquetball and skiing. Having my joints properly aligned helps me to do both without pain. I have definitely improved since coming to get adjusted. The pain is completely gone and I view it as a long lasting correction. I am currently under a maintenance care plan of one adjustment every three months just to keep feeling great. If someone were considering going to see Dr. Fish I would say to them that they should try it. It works!

Wes Mallon is from Warminster, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2002

I went to see Dr. Fish for treatment because I had some neck pain, hip pain, and lower back pain. I had done nothing to fix this in the past two years. My brother who is currently a patient there told me about Dr. Fish and I decided to give it a try. When I came in, Dr. Fish carefully examined my physical condition. Then he made different adjustments and sometimes used various therapies to fix my problems. My improvements have been significant. I see Dr. Fish as a long lasting correction. I play a lot of physical sports like football, softball, roller hockey, and ice hockey. These sports put my body out of whack. I see him once a month for my physical tune-up. Dr. Fish is the only chiropractor that seems to make the right adjustments. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and their adjustments never seemed to work. Gene's techniques seem to be more advanced than others. I would recommend him to anyone.

Andy Saalfrank has been a chiropractic patient since 2001 and is from Horsham, PA

I was sore and out of sorts all over. I basically took no steps to correct my soreness and dealt with the pain. Then one day I met Dr. Fish. It was during Horsham Day a few years ago. When I went to visit Dr. Fish, he set me straight through adjustments to my spine, knees, and ankles. In my free time I am a volunteer Fire Fighter and I enjoy collecting Firematic memorabilia. Fire Fighting is definitely easier to do with less soreness. I currently come to see Dr. Fish about twice a month to keep my corrections long lasting. I think everyone should find a really good chiropractor. Although Dr. Fish is tops in my book.

Jason Comparetto is from Bristol, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2001

I came to see Dr. Fish for knee pain and upper back pain. Before coming to Genesis Chiropractic Clinic, I spoke to three medical doctors about my knees. Each had a different response: "It's tennis elbow in your knees", "it might be cancer", "you're getting old", and "it's nothing"! A good friend of mine, Scott, referred me to Dr. Fish because he got good results there. When I came in, Dr. Fish took a complete history and performed a few exams to try to find out the true cause of my pain. What he discovered was that I had a few bones slightly misaligned in both knees and my low back. After he set me up for an initial series of adjustments, my knee pain went away almost right away and by the end of the series my back was feeling better too. I am a part-time model so I need to stay physically fit. I love to work out and play sports and being pain free lets me do that! Having my knees and back corrected was only the beginning. It carried over onto better health and positive lifestyle changes. Chiropractic care is a long-term necessity. Perhaps life-long? I am getting ready to go to military boot camp with the Marines. My last stop before I go will be to get adjusted and I know the first day I get back, I will be in to see Dr. Fish. Go see Dr. Fish. It may change everything!

Phil Grenetz is from Churchville, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2001

I originally came to see Dr. Fish for treatment of tendonitis and impingement in my shoulder. Before coming to see Dr. Fish, I tried to go to an orthopedist and an osteopath. They ordered x-rays and an MRI. I then went to a Physical Therapist, all to no avail. From my prior experience with chiropractors for many years, I decided to give chiropractic a try. In addition to adjustments to my neck and back, Dr. Fish used heat, electro-stimulation therapies, exercises and instruction in stretching and strengthening to do at home. Some of my hobbies include computers and camping and having a bad shoulder kept me from enjoying them. But since seeing Dr. Fish, I have improved enormously. The correction was long lasting. In fact it's been two years now! For others in treatment with Dr. Fish I would say: when one modality fails, others may help.

Joey Webster is from Warminster, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2002

Joey came to the clinic for treatment of his sore back which he thinks was caused from always falling off of his bike and playing rough with his friends. He also points out that his reason for getting adjusted was because "my wonderful mommy says so!" Before seeking chiropractic care, Joey would get massages from his mom. Joey says that the chiropractic adjustments "makes me feel better and it's fun to get adjusted. Dr. Fish says to be adjusted if I'm hurt or not." Some of Joey's favorite hobbies are riding his bike and his scooter, playing X-Box, gardening, getting in mud, and of course going to Happy Times. Staying adjusted helps Joey to do these things without worries or restrictions of back pain. Joey had some words of encouragement for others: "Do your homework. Don't eat too much sugar. Don't wash the walls with mom's shampoo. Make your bed. Don't talk back. Wear clean socks. Don't have gum under your pillow. Brush your teeth. Go see Dr.Fish!!!"

Jeff Kaplan is from Abington, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2002.

I came to see Dr. Fish for left leg soreness and numbness just from sitting still or standing still for 30 minutes.

Before coming to see Dr. Fish I had been on medication since 1991, when the injury happened. (My injury was getting punched in the face while working and falling backward onto the floor). I also would wear a neoprene knee brace.

I met Dr. Fish at my job site. After talking with him, I decided to give him a try. Dr. Fish took x-rays of my spine and showed me where the problem was coming from. We discussed the type of treatment that he wanted to use.

Since seeing Dr. Fish, my leg, overall is in better condition. I usually only wear the knee brace now when I play sports. As long as I have an adjustment, every week or so, this will be a long-lasting correction.

I never considered a chiropractor until I met Dr. fish. After we talked, I decided that it was worth a try. Now, about 13 months later, all I can say is: Try it. Worst-case scenario, it doesn’t help. You won’t know unless you try.

Sincerely,

Jeff Kaplan

P.S. When I proposed to my fiancé, I came in for an adjustment just so I knew I would get up off my knee. And the adjustment helped, I did get up again.

P.S.S. Special thanks to Jennifer for a massage to relax me before I proposed.

Rachel Ayzenberg is from Newtown, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2003

I brought my four-year-old daughter to see Dr. Fish because she had frequent ear infections and I heard that chiropractic could help. She also got tired easily and was quickly distracted by things. Rachel also had limited gross and especially fine motor skills and just overall bad body coordination. Prior to treatments with Dr. Fish we tried to treat her ear infections with antibiotics with limited success. We used play/exercise to help promote her motor development. I read an article in the Genesis Chiropractic Wellness Newsletter that explained about possible ear infections and spine alignment connections so I decided to give it a try. Dr. Fish adjusted my daughter's neck and lower back areas. He also performed muscle therapies to help relax Rachel's back and hand muscles. Some of my daughter's favorite things to do are dancing and singing in front of the mirror. She enjoys swimming and all water activities. Blowing bubbles is her favorite part. It is now October and Rachel has been treating with Dr. Fish since June. She has not had any ear infections since we began care. Her gross motor activity and body coordination have improved. Now she is willing to participate in sports and other games. She would refuse before because she could not keep up with the other kids. We both consider chiropractic as a long lasting correction with on-going maintenance.

Svetlana Terletsky is from Newtown, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2003

I came to see Dr. Fish because I had lower back pain following my daughter's birth in 1999 which limited my daily activities. I also had neck and wrist pain which I believe to be connected to my work as a computer programmer. Before seeing Dr. Fish, I had been under chiropractic care for four years and took water aerobics classes. My lower back got much better, but the pain was coming back once in a while, though not as bad. I read the Genesis Chiropractic Wellness Newsletter about possible connections between ear infections and spine alignments so I took my daughter in for an examination. As I brought Rachel for her computer exam (SEMG), I decided to try it on myself. This was the first time in my chiropractic experience to have the computerized SEMG exam. I knew my problem area very well by now and could see that precisely reflected on the SEMG printout. I felt more assured in the objectiveness of my (and Rachel's) evaluation. Dr. Fish adjusted my lower back, neck, and wrists.

At this point, my daughter is my biggest hobby - so I try to do everything together with her, maybe except singing in front of themirror although dancing is ok. When I have time, I enjoy reading, dancing with a more proper partner than my daughter, home interior and clothing design (again mostly for my daughter) and decoration. I also enjoy spending time outdoors - whether it's in the woods, ocean, or mountains.

Since seeing Dr. Fish, my condition has improved, especially my wrists - since they never had been adjusted before. This month I brought my older son (13) for an evaluation and will continue to bring both of my kids for adjustments. For anyone contemplating what to do with their health, I would say always explore all of the possibilities!

Ambrozine Williams is from Mount Airy, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2004.

I was in pain everyday. Every muscle in me ached. My friend saw the advertisement in the paper about fibromyalgia sufferers, so she called for me and told me about it and she told me she had him send out information. My friend made an appointment for me to come in for the first time. I had no one to take me. So she took the day off and drove me. I knew he was going to help me when he was able to describe every part of my body and what I was feeling. He knows every part of me when he was taking the x-ray, he could see my muscles. I couldn’t sit up and I started coming here for 5 weeks, and now I can go to church, I’m stronger, I can put a smile on my face - things I couldn't do before. He’s good.

My church people would have to come in and change my bed once a week, cook for me, cut my hair, wash it, I couldn’t do anything for myself. I had a friend that helped me. They would come at 5am to help me, help with breakfast. Sometimes I couldn’t even get up to go the bathroom. Fibromyalgia is a horrible thing. It cripples you—did you know that? It will cripple you. You can't do anything. It’s terrible. But now, praise God. I feel very good because now I don't feel the pain I used to feel. I can laugh now and hold a conversation with somebody. I’m going to recommend a lot of patients here.

Dr. Fish adjusted my back, and he pushes my back in, and it’s really in because I don’t feel pain anymore. If he can help me go to church in only 5 weeks, in three months anything is possible. My back and the back part of my legs were in bad shape, and I was just so ignorant to anything anyone said. To be honest with you, I wanted to take my life—I couldn’t go through with it anymore. I had never heard of anyone who treats fibromyalgia. But when my friend told me about it, I said, “I can’t believe it. There is no cure for it.” But I can say now there is a cure for it. I don’t expect all the pain to leave at once, but I know there is relief. I got a good relief from his treatment.

He doesn’t give me any medicine. I had never heard of such a thing. It’s just exercise and adjustments. When I heard he doesn’t give medicine I said, “What is he talking about?” I haven’t heard they have any cure for fibromyalgia. So I said let’s try it and I have no regrets.

My favorite thing to do is go to church. I couldn’t go to church before. The church used to have to come to me. So for about 6-7 years the church has been coming to me, and this past Saturday I went to church for the first time. Everybody was frightened. Service was held in my house two, or sometimes even three times a week. But now I go, everybody was so shocked.

If they hear about it, they should come in and visit him, and see what he can do for them. They won’t believe until they start coming. When my friend told me she made an appointment, I never thought that I could feel like this. No way. I was suffering, I had an MRI, I had two epidural injections, and they didn’t do anything good for me. But here it is very good. I recommend it to anyone.

Melissa Milsop is from Collegeville, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2004

My name is Melissa Milsop, I live in Collegeville, PA. I work for a major financial firm in Malvern, PA. The drive to get to Dr. Fish’s office is an hour and 20 minutes. It is definitely worth the drive and helps me tremendously.
When I first came to see Dr. Fish I had extreme lower back pain where my leg was going numb. Dr Fish has helped me a great deal. At my job I’m sitting 8 hours a day and I would have to get up every 30 minutes to move around, to loosen my leg. Now I don’t have that worry, I can sit down for 2-3 hours at a time.

I’ve had no fears of chiropractic care. I’ve know a lot of people who went to see a chiropractor for care and had tremendous results so I tried it out and I’m very happy that I did. I had not taken any steps previously to deal with the pain and I just dealt with my job on a daily basis.

I was referred to chiropractic care through my sister who is a massage therapist. She said it would extremely help me out with my ailment. So that was my first step in trying it.

My life has drastically changed coming to see Dr. Fish. I’m able to work more hours at work without having to worry about sitting and falling, and worrying if my leg is going to give out. I was recently in Disney World. I was able to walk the whole week without any types of pain in my leg.

I view chiropractic care as a long lasting correction. I would encourage everyone who is thinking about chiropractic care to give it a shot. I have felt tremendously an improvement along with many friends who see chiropractors. Dr. Fish is very gentle. He explains everything. That is a necessity. As long as you understand what is going on and he takes his time. There is no rushing around his office.

Joyce McDuffy-Starks is from Philadelphia, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2004.

My name is Joyce McDuffy-Starks. I’m from Philadelphia. I’m disabled. It takes me approx. an hour depending on traffic to arrive to the office. I think it is very, very worth it me taking the time.

I also was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which I did not know what it was exactly, I just know it caused a lot of pain. I can say now that a lot of the pain has subsided. It’s doing a much better. And I’ve gone to see a lot of doctors about fibromyalgia. My primary doctor said he didn’t know what to do. They would give me pain medicine to subside, but that wouldn’t always work either.
I didn’t have any fears about going to the chiropractor. I’ve worked in the nursing profession my whole life. I just didn’t know about anyone doing anything for fibromyalgia.

My primary doctor, and the pain management doctors, they would tell me to soak in the tub do exercises and give me pain medicines and muscle-relaxers.
I was referred to Dr. Fish’s office by my mother saw your ad in the newspaper. She thought it was worth me trying to see if I could get better.

I have improved greatly.
It’s not as much pain. I can get up and move around more freely and if I do have an episode it is not as severe as before I came to see Dr. Fish.

I view chiropractic care as a lifetime fix.
It will be something that I will not be afraid to try and recommend, as a matter of fact I’m talking to my mom, my dad and my son, since we have similar problems with our body problems.
I would encourage others to come to see Dr. Fish because a lot of people don’t know about chiropractic. For the unknown it frightens people, they are not as with the more contemporary doctor. But I can say it’s worth the trip. It’s worth seeing him.

Jason Norona is from Roslyn, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2003

I live in the Roslyn-Abington area. I am a metal creaser at a factory. My hobbies are basketball and weight lifting.

My condition when I first came to see Dr. Fish was a lot of pain in my back and soreness. I had no fears of coming to Dr. Fish. I've taken other steps to get better such as seeing other chiropractors and massage therapists. I have improved by feeling less pain and staying in my job. It's helped me with flexibility. I think everyone should get adjustments so that they can have relief from their back pain.

Peter Frank is from Warrington, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2002

My name is Peter Frank. I grew up in Mount Laurel, NJ. Right now I am an IT manager for a local firm. I like to work on my computer, fixing up the house, bowling, tennis, golf, and associated sports.

When I first came to see Dr. Fish I was really having some back pain and I really needed some relief from that, and based upon my experience with chiropractors I decided to come in. My first experience with chiropractic care was really based upon family reference. They had had a bad knee injury and achieved miraculous results by seeing a chiropractor and I had a sports injury which wasn't getting any better, so I decided to use chiropractic and it really did help to resolve that issue. Overall from seeing Dr. Fish I've improved in all aspects of my back care and just general well-being. I feel that chiropractic has really helped in these issues.

I view chiropractic care as a long-term investment in my long-term care. In my normal day-to-day life whenever I hear anyone complain about normal aches and pains and they are not happy with their body I always recommend chiropractic care because I feel that it is another way to address issues that most people don't think about.

Patricia Ranalli is from Philadelphia, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2003

My name is Trish Ranalli, and my hometown is temporarily Philadelphia—I’m in the process of moving soon. My occupation is I have two jobs, I work at Xerox Corp. as an administrative assistant and I am also a part-time real estate salesperson.

I would come as far as I have to because I feel I get the service that I’m looking for, and very courteous and fast-service, especially with my busy schedule they always find time to fit me in.

My injury has limited me to hobbies. Shopping is a big hobby of mine right now. Bowling, swimming, you know when I feel up to it. I will resume when my condition is better. I suffered because I was on a cane, I was unable to do anything. I was not very active in real estate.

Dr. Fish and his staff here has helped me get back my life again. I’m looking forward to getting better and even more. I suffer from back injury due to having an auto accident. So yes, I suffer from a bad back. My fears were that I would never get my life back together to be a real estate agent like I trained to be.

I have come a long way since I’ve been coming to see the doctor and the staff here. The massage therapist has been very good with me getting the tension out of me and the stress because of my injury.

Being a mother and a grandmother, in my early 50’s I was not anxious to be on a cane for the rest of my life. So I improved tremendously. I am able to do a lot more. Just to get my life back and be a real estate agent. Before I had to get partner to share my responsibilities, driving and so forth, now I can do all that myself. I look forward to doing that and making more money than I am now.

Chiropractic care is a long lasting correction. I feel that maintaining is very important in that perspective. All I do is tell everyone that I am very impressed with the chiropractic service I get here. I encourage everyone that if you are feeling very badly and that you want to get your life back, definitely look into this option rather than surgery or your pills or anything like that.

Scott Gift is from Warrington, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2001

My name is Scott Gift. My hometown is Warrington, which is right near this office. I currently work as an engineer for Penn State’s Applied Research Laboratory. I enjoy working with computers, working outdoors in scouting, and just in general having a good time.

I have lower back pain, at least once a year I was not able to walk correctly due to an injury with my lower back. My fears were being stuck in a wheelchair, if I couldn’t get help for my back. I would look in the mirror and say “You’re not hurt.” and then go back out to the world.

After treatment, I’m better now. I view chiropractic as a long lasting correction. Just like you have to take your automobile to get tuned-up, you have to take yourself in to get tuned-up. I highly recommend people come in and try out Genesis Chiropractic. It has helped me through many situations where I have had to crawl into his office and then I could walk out and I would be good for the next day.

Florence Ford is from Warminster, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2004

My name is Florence Ford. I live in Warminster. I am a communications director at a university. My hobbies include reading mostly, and I do some needle work, I have some pets, I like to travel, I do some writing on the side.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia. I have had it for 10 years. I was experiencing a lot of muscle stiffness, muscle pain, and I had been for quite a while. I wanted to feel better, and I thought this might be the avenue to pursue, and I was hoping I was right and I was!

I saw a rheumatologist, I took some medications. I tried to do some physical activity when I was able to do that and I had gotten massages in the past and they seemed to help. When I came here I was offered the chiropractic adjustments and the massage and that combination seems to work for me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fish for six weeks, and I would say I’ve improved 70%. I sleep better, I move better, I’m overcoming that chronic fatigue I had. I think for me it’s going to be a long-lasting thing.

Right now I’m in an intensive program, but as I feel better I would use it as a maintenance program. Anyone out there who has Fibromyalgia definitely needs to seek out chiropractic care.

Jennifer Martino is from Chalfont, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2001

My name is Jennifer Martino. I live in Chalfont. I’m a massage therapist. My hobbies are any type of outdoor activity: bike riding, water-skiing, and snowboarding.

I had tremendous lower back pain, shoulder pain, and carpel tunnel syndrome. I was skeptical at first. I went to occupational therapy, I went to Novacare. I was scared I would have more pain after being adjusted because I had never been to a chiropractor before.

I met Dr. Fish at Horsham Day 3 years ago. His assistant approached me and asked if I would like to have a back screening and I said “Yes.” and I’m glad I did. He performed the Myovision test on me. I have improved tremendously. I still have pain, but it’s not as much. I get instant relief from the adjustments and I just have to keep coming back and I won’t feel stiff and sore.

Chiropractic care is a long-lasting solution. I would say to people to try it, be optimistic.

Come in and see him. He is very professional.

My son and I were in a major car accident 3 years ago. The car hit us at 65 MPH head on. Dr. Fish came into the hospital to give us an adjustment. My whiplash almost instantly went away within 3 weeks. I recommend everyone come see Dr. Fish because he’s kind, caring, and he is down to earth and sincere. He really cares about people’s health and well-being.

Colleen Freeburger is from Chalfont, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2003

My name is Colleen Freeburger and my occupation is a stay at home mom.  I live in Bucks County.  My hobbies are working out, reading, camping, and boating. I was struggling with Fibromyalgia.  My fears and apprehensions was that I was having trouble sleeping and tired during the day and I was worried about taking care of my two small children who were very high maintenance at the time and just not being to function and getting my daily chores done.  Not being able to function day to day.

Previously to chiropractic care I just went to medical doctors who basically just prescribe drugs and medications from pain killers to muscle relaxers to anti-inflamatories to anti-depressants, the gamut of drugs all of which did not do anything to help my Fibromyalgia.  They were just giving me side effects to all the medications.

Through chiropractic care I have improved to the point where I feel like a normal person again.  I’m sleeping better, I have a little more energy during the day than I had before. I’m able to workout some, take care of the children, and I don’t feel the need to nap every day like I’ve done in the past. I feel more normal and that I can function day to day.

I view chiropractic care as a long lasting fix, not a temporary quick-fix. I personally can only speak from a Fibromyalgia patient, but I do believe that by keeping yourself healthy and by keeping your spine aligned and taking nutrients and things like that, you can sustain your health and prevent illnesses from creeping in, so I’m completely agreeable to chiropractic care for people who have chronic pain that doesn’t seem to be going away.

Tina Jackson is from Philadelphia, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2002.

My main reason for coming to see Dr. Fish was due to disc compressions in my lower back (L5) which led to numbness on the left side of my body. I also had tight and painful neck muscles. I had previously been seeing another chiropractor for treatment.

One day while shopping at the Willow Grove Mall, I fell down the escalator and landed in front of the Select Comfort mattress store. I decided to lay down for a while. We were bed shopping anyway so I said “What the heck.” While paying for a bed, we saw “Fish’s” card. It noted a free consultation. I took advantage of this consultation and the rest is history.

Dr. Fish adjusted my neck and back so I was able to move properly. That’s pretty useful when you consider some of my hobbies are golf, traveling, and knitting.

I have improved under the care of Dr. Fish and I look at chiropractic as a long lasting correction.

Chiropractic is beneficial for your overall health and wellness. I believe an adjusted spine with no subluxations leads to better overall emotional, psychological, and physical well-being.

Sinida Seldon is from Philadelphia, PA and has been a chiropractic patient since 2001.

I began chiropractic care with Dr. Fish because I was experiencing low back pain and had carpel tunnel in both hands.

Before I began treatment I was given drugs and told that I would have to have surgery. But everyone I know who has had surgery are still in pain or feel much worse.

Seeing Dr. Fish has helped me deal with the pain. Chiropractic has made it possible for me to live my life and do everyday activities with less pain and I didn’t have to have surgery. A few of my hobbies are swimming, walking and traveling and now I can enjoy these activities again.

I have been coming for three years or more. I started getting treatment twice a week and now I only come every two weeks. I am glad I found Dr. Fish and his staff. They made my life more pleasurable due to less pain, less drugs, and most of all no surgery.
